About the FBC Youth Ministry
Who We Are
The Youth Group is the ministry of our church that works with junior and senior high boys and girls
of our church and community.
Vision: The Youth Group desires to reflect Christ in all aspects of life through thought, word and deed by giving God our very best in the pursuit of holiness. In agreement with God’s Word and the vision statement of First Baptist Church of Kirkland, we desire to minister to the youth of our community through love by focusing on their spiritual, social and physical needs.
Purpose: To share the truth of the Gospel with the teens in our community and teach those who believe in Christ as their savior to live their lives according to biblical principles and teaching.
Youth Leadership
All of our leaders are committed Christians and regular attendees of First Baptist Church of Kirkland. All volunteers and staff that work with children/minors in our church undergo a background check prior to serving and are well-known among our church body for their character, commitment and walk with Christ.
How You Can Get Involved
There are multiple ways you can take part in the Youth Ministry here at First Baptist Church of Kirkland. Here are a few:
- Become a youth leader
- Become an adjunct youth leader
- Donate items or finances to the youth group
- Volunteer to help with a large event
- Volunteer to help prepare food for SNAC or other activities
- Become involved in our discipleship or mentorship programs
- Pray for us!
